multiple payment cash advance

Has anyone ever gotten this message when disputing online?
I mean, it's one thing to owe taxes and know you owe them, and not pay them and then get stuck with the thing on your credit report.
Another experienced person said it should only show included in BK and zero balance, no previous history.
I guess it is safe to assume that they can't find anything since it has been 3 weeks since they received the letter.
