I'm disputing the chargeoff as not mine because I never had an account with this company from 96-98 and they are showing a $900 charge off in 98, when I didn't even have a account.
The plaintiff-debtor first made quite an effort to resolve the problem prior to resorting to a lawsuit.
Maybe I am being pessimistic and giving them too much credit in the brains department - but I really need this debt gone in 3mths or less.....[/
